Planning information, not a quote

Calculator results and website content are indicative planning information. They are not an engineering design, generation guarantee, subsidy approval, electricity-tariff advice or binding installation quotation.

BHIMASEN’s role

BHIMASEN initially provides education, qualification, comparison and project-coordination services. Installation partners independently survey, quote, contract, engineer, install, commission and provide statutory and warranty obligations. The installation agreement is between the homeowner and installer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Commercial relationship

BHIMASEN may receive a referral or project-success fee from an installation partner when a project completes. This does not remove the homeowner’s responsibility to review and accept the installer’s contract, scope, exclusions and price.

Subsidy and approvals

Government scheme rules, portal processes, DISCOM requirements and subsidy amounts can change. Eligibility depends on the consumer, property, equipment, vendor and process. BHIMASEN does not guarantee approval, disbursement timing or amount.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BHIMASEN is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an indicative estimate or by an installation partner’s acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
