What we collect

When you request a roof check, we collect your name, phone number, locality, PIN code, property type, calculator inputs and the estimate shown to you. We also record limited request metadata such as referral source and a one-way hash of the requesting IP address for abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this information to assess the enquiry, contact you, coordinate a roof survey, compare an installation proposal, improve acquisition measurement and prevent spam. We do not sell lead lists.

Installation partners

If you choose to proceed to a survey or quotation, we may share the project details needed by a selected registered installation partner. We will not treat a calculator submission alone as permission to circulate your information among multiple installers.

Retention and deletion

We retain enquiry and project records for business, support, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to solar@bhimasen.com. Some records may be retained where law or legitimate dispute protection requires it.

Security

Administrative access is restricted, and secrets are not stored in public source code. No internet service is risk-free; please do not submit Aadhaar, bank details or other sensitive documents through the public enquiry form.
